Laura: I love Laib’s work! Thank you for reminding me of it. I have been completely attracted to yellow for the past couple of years, so this is right up my alley. The elements of his work are: pollen, color (yellow), form, shape, size, space, and–in some cases–repetition. A lot more complex than when you first look at them.

Yes! I love that you’re familiar with this stuff. It’s new-ish for me. I am gobsmaked by the dandelion pollen and would love to see it in person. I imagine it has a dizzying effect. In a good way.
