Not to be missed are Tyler’s honeycomb sculptures . . . – Helen Wolt, Colorado Springs Independent
Comb Object, Flying Geese is a pendant constructed of bee comb and wood modeled after the traditional American quilt pattern, flying geese. Comb Object, Chair, also constructed of bee comb and wood, stands about fifty percent larger than a regular, straight-backed chair. The goal of both these pieces was to marry the round, flowing forms bees build when left to their own devices with straightly built domestic objects.
